Scott S. Dolan

Associate Principal


Scott Dolan specializes in the investigation and rehabilitation of roofing and waterproofing systems. He has gained experience working on more than one hundred million square feet of roofing and waterproofing projects, including condition surveys, failure analysis, roof moisture surveys, construction document preparation, and construction administration services. Mr. Dolan has extensive experience with all major low- and steep-slope roofing system types, including built-up roofing, single-ply membrane, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, sheet metal, asphalt shingle, slate, and tile. In addition to investigations and rehabilitation, he has assisted with resolution of insurance claims and litigation support.
