Matthew LeBlanc

Experience

Matt LeBlanc joined WJE in 2021 with more than twenty years of experience as a civil engineer in the areas of geotechnical engineering, highway and airfield pavement evaluation and design, construction management, and engineering education.

Prior to joining WJE, Dr. LeBlanc served for more than twenty years as a United States Air Force Civil Engineer Officer, spending over six years of his career teaching undergraduate and professional continuing education at the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Air Force Institute of Technology. He was assigned to multiple worldwide installations, supporting U.S. and coalition forces by managing the planning, design, and construction of airfields, roads, and support facilities. Dr. LeBlanc also led U.S. Air Force engineering public works departments that were responsible for operations, maintenance, and disaster recovery of airbase infrastructure.
