Experience

Since joining WJE in 2015, Casey Jones has performed assessments, evaluations, and rehabilitations of a variety of existing bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure. His projects include investigations and repair design of distressed concrete structures, corroded steel structures, and foundation settlement problems. Mr. Jones’ experience also includes both destructive and nondestructive field testing of structural systems.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Jones worked as a graduate research assistant investigating the use of several nondestructive evaluation (NDE) techniques to perform condition assessment of bridge post-tensioning and stay cable systems. NDE methods evaluated by Mr. Jones in this research included ground penetrating radar, infrared thermography, ultrasonic tomography, and magnetic flux leakage.
