Osborn Receives PCI Award

WJE Senior Principal Andrew Osborn recently received the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute’s (PCI) Martin P. Korn Award for his two-part research paper titled “Flange-to-Flange Double-Tee Connections Subjected to Vehicular Loading, Part 1: Numerical Assessment and Approach” and “Part 2: Fatigue Life Assessment,” which was featured in the July–August 2018 and March–April 2019 issues of the PCI Journal, respectively. Mr. Osborn coauthored the paper with Robin Hendricks, research engineer at Lehigh University’s ATLSS Center, and Clay Naito, professor at Lehigh University.
