DGS Headquarters Receives Award
Engineering News-Record Mid-Atlantic selected the D.C. Department of General Services (DGS) Headquarters for its Best Project—Government/Public Buildings award.
We provided building enclosure consulting services for the new six-story, 258,000-square-foot building, which was constructed in eighteen months. The DGS Headquarters is part of the Northeast Heights Development, encompassing 1,500,000 square feet of residential, retail, and office space in Ward 7 of Washington, D.C.
