Steven G. Naggatz

Experience

Steven Naggatz investigates and designs repairs for distressed conditions in existing buildings. His expertise lies in exterior wall systems with a focus on structural adequacy, corrosion, anchorage devices, water infiltration, and durability. Mr. Naggatz’s projects include low- and high-rise buildings; steel-framed buildings; conventionally reinforced concrete structures; timber-framed structures; stone, brick, terra cotta, concrete block, EIFS, and stucco exterior facades; windows; and glass and metal curtain walls. For many of these projects, he designs repairs, prepares construction documents, and provides construction observation services.

Mr. Naggatz has authored papers on exterior dimension stone cladding and paving systems and has presented other papers on facade repair and rehabilitation design.
