Experience

Paul Lanteri is experienced in all phases of the architectural investigation, design, document production, and construction administration processes. His specific related experience includes the investigation and resolution of water infiltration problems, construction failures, and other deterioration conditions in a variety of commercial, public, institutional, and historic structures.

Mr. Lanteri has led investigation/design project teams in evaluating and establishing building system conditions and functional requirements, and in developing alternate design solutions to address determined rehabilitation needs. His additional responsibilities involve participation in survey investigations, contract document production, and construction administration processes.
