Michael A. Greer

Associate Principal and Unit Manager


Michael Greer conducts numerous structural failure investigations, including fire, flood, corrosion, earthquake, and volcano damage. He also has expertise in the design and retrofit of structures and condition surveys. Mr. Greer is experienced with investigations of material-related defects and distress, notably with structural metals and concrete. He has served as an expert witness for several construction defect claims.

Mr. Greer completed the ACECH Emerging Leaders Program in 2019 and served as president of the Structural Engineers Association of Hawaii in 2023.
