Kyle Grunder

Experience

Kyle Grunder’s experience includes design peer review and construction quality assurance of curtain wall, point-supported glass, and metal panel assemblies, as well as their transitions with adjacent systems. He has provided water infiltration testing as well as field and plant observations for new and existing projects. Mr. Grunder is also an FAA certified drone pilot and is an active part of WJE’s initiative to include advanced unmanned aerial systems, as part of our building enclosure services.  

Mr. Grunder previously served as a project manager for a major building envelope subcontractor, where he worked with ceramic panel and stone wall systems in addition to the aforementioned exterior assemblies. His previous scheduling and estimating experience ranged from smaller projects with a value of $20,000 to large-scale endeavors reaching $30 million.
