
Experience
Wyatt Baxter is engaged in projects including roofing and waterproofing evaluations and rehabilitation, water intrusion investigations, and facade inspections. Applying his expertise of building enclosures, he has worked on a range of new construction and repair projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
Mr. Baxter also prepares construction documents, designs repair and rehabilitation of building enclosure systems, and performs construction administration throughout projects. He has assisted with developing construction documents and repair recommendations for various buildings, including commercial buildings, high-rise condominiums, and historic buildings.
