Thomas Staublin

Experience

Since joining WJE in 2021, Thomas Staublin has gained experience on a broad range of projects relating to construction observation, field quality assurance, facade failure investigations, condition assessment, and evaluation of new and existing structures. Mr. Staublin has also been actively involved in field air leakage and water penetration resistance testing for new and existing construction following AAMA and ASTM specifications and testing standards.

Mr. Staublin’s work has included the investigation, rehabilitation, and new construction of various building enclosure components and systems. These systems include steel, concrete, timber, brick masonry mass and cavity walls, terra cotta, cast stone, precast concrete, porcelain tile rainscreens, metal panel rainscreens, windows and curtainwalls, various roofing assemblies, as well as a range of above- and below-grade waterproofing systems.
