Experience

Scott Chamberlain joined WJE in 2007 with an extensive background and experience in the investigation and rehabilitation of the building envelope, including brick and stone masonry, all types of flat and sloped roofing systems, and window and curtain wall systems. Mr. Chamberlain has specific expertise in the investigation and mitigation of deterioration resulting from water infiltration. His experience also includes all phases of the architectural design, document production, and construction administration process.

Mr. Chamberlain is also experienced in the investigation, evaluation and restoration of concrete parking structures and buildings. Types of structures include reinforced cast-in-place, precast, prestressed, and post-tensioned concrete; and filigree type concrete construction.

Mr. Chamberlain has a thorough knowledge of investigation methods necessary to perform all aspects of building envelope investigation including ASTM, FM, and AAMA testing. He works closely with members of investigation and design project teams to develop cost- effective methods of restoration that provide successful solutions.
