Experience

Nicholas Cramsey has performed structural repair and retrofit designs on numerous projects throughout his career. His specific experiences include structurally driven reclads, repair of distressed or underperforming structures, and structural design of adaptively reused buildings.

Additionally, Mr. Cramsey has provided building enclosure consulting services on both new building construction projects and existing building projects. 

He has specific expertise in evaluating new and existing curtain wall as well as structural glass. Mr. Cramsey also has experience with structural systems constructed with steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
