Matthew K. Haberling

Experience

Matthew Haberling has extensive experience investigating a variety of existing building envelope systems for historic and contemporary buildings. Previous projects include investigation, repair design, and construction period services for masonry and stucco facades, curtain wall and skylight systems, low-slope and steep-slope roofing, and a variety of fenestration types. Mr. Haberling also has experience working on historic site projects involving restoration and waterproofing of traditional hardscapes and historic stairways.

Before joining WJE, Mr. Haberling worked as a designer and project manager with a New York City architecture firm on high-end residential and religious buildings. He also developed a building restoration plan for the Mason Brewer Foundation in Austin, Texas, and worked with the Texas Department of Transportation on the preservation of historic steel truss bridges.
