Experience

Leslie Scheppelmann’s experience encompasses a variety of projects for historic buildings, existing structures, and new construction. Ms. Scheppelmann’s projects have included investigation of enclosure failures and repair design, condition assessment and documentation of existing structures, and assisting project teams with developing enclosure details to meet performance and aesthetic goals for new construction and renovation projects.

Ms. Scheppelmann’s expertise includes design and repair solutions for all elements of building enclosures, including roofs, plazas, cladding, custom fenestration and curtain walls, and below-grade structures. Additionally, she has extensive experience in preserving historic materials and repairing fire-damaged and water-damaged structures. Her array of project experiences on both existing buildings and new construction allows for creative problem solving for atypical conditions. She brings additional expertise to projects through the development of construction drawings and specifications, and construction contract administration.
