Joseph Hacker

Associate III


Since joining WJE in 2019, Joseph Hacker has been involved in investigations and assessments of new and existing structures. These include damaged and failed components in various systems and materials, including cast-in-place and precast concrete, steel, wood, masonry, glazed curtain walls and windows, membrane waterproofing, and flashings. Mr. Hacker has worked on many investigations involving large amounts of data collection and processing.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Hacker was a design engineer with SmithGroup in Detroit, Michigan, focusing on small to mid-sized manufacturing and higher education projects. From this previous experience, Mr. Hacker brings additional project delivery and construction phase services experience.
