Experience

Heather Gillam joined WJE in 2016 and is experienced in the assessment and investigation of new and existing building enclosures, repair design, and construction administration services. Ms. Gillam has investigated distressed masonry facades, has performed water penetration investigations and facade condition assessments, has prepared construction drawings and details, has performed construction observations, and has provided construction administration services. She has also worked on historic buildings and projects involving window replacement, roofing replacement, waterproofing, leakage investigation and repair, and facade improvements and repairs.
