Frank Xiong

Experience

Frank Xiong has a wide range of experience in water intrusion investigations, window condition assessments, materials testing, waterproofing design, roofing design, concrete repair, and design reviews. He specializes in water leakage, deterioration, and other issues involving building enclosures.

Mr. Xiong has led investigations, developed design documents, and been involved in construction period phases of numerous building repair projects. He has also performed and supervised the testing of exterior cladding components based on standards developed by ASTM International, ANSI, and the American Architectural Manufacturers Association, as well as procedures developed for specific projects.

Mr. Xiong has worked with architects, condominium association, contractors, institutional facility managers, insurance companies, and commercial property managers on numerous projects. He also has experience working with government agencies including the Hawai’i Department of Education, the University of Hawai’i, and Hawai’i Department of Accounting and General Services.
