F. William Burger

Experience

Bill Burger has more than thirty years of experience in peer review of building enclosures, as well as evaluating and repairing water entry problems affecting existing structures. He typically works on structures such as office buildings, educational facilities, hospital and healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, arenas, shopping centers, and hotels and resorts. Mr. Burger has worked on leakage problems associated with roof membranes and plaza waterproofing systems as well as exterior masonry facades and curtain walls. These projects typically require an assessment of the existing conditions, a determination of the cause of the failure, and the development of repair drawings and specifications. He also has developed drawings and specifications for the design of waterproofing membranes of green roofs on multiple new buildings.

In addition to numerous assignments in Texas, Mr. Burger has managed a number of major projects in the Rocky Mountain region, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, California, and Hawaii.
