Devin S Smith

Experience

Devin Smith specializes in the design, repair, and maintenance of building enclosure assemblies. From below-grade to rooftop, Ms. Smith focuses on high-quality new construction and the preservation of our existing built environment. Her project experience includes design and design-assist services for roofing, exterior wall, and waterproofing projects; preparation and coordination of construction documents; and construction-phase observation during project implementation.

Ms. Smith also has experience with leakage investigations and condition assessments of existing buildings. She has worked with a variety of building cladding systems, including composite metal panels, stone panels, stucco, EIFS, concrete, and masonry and adhered systems as well as vinyl-framed, aluminum-framed, and steel-framed window systems.
