Brandon A. Lathe

Experience

Since joining WJE in 2021, Brandon Lathe has been involved with numerous projects, practice areas, and materials. He investigates conditions within the structural and building enclosure systems of historic and new construction buildings.

Mr. Lathe is familiar with facade access methods, including aerial lift, suspended scaffolding, and supported scaffolding to gain close-range access to locations of distress. He is proficient with AutoCAD, with which he has designed and drafted repairs and details for various construction documents. Mr. Lathe also works with various materials, such as precast/cast-in-place concrete; structural steel and wood; brick and stone masonries; silicone and polyurethane sealants; and EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing membranes.

  • 26 Court Street - Boston, MA: Facade condition assessment and stabilization of a historic courthouse clad in brick, limestone, and cast stone masonry
