Ms. Jacobs is a historical landscape architect with more than twenty-six years of experience preparing conceptual designs, preservation master plans, cultural landscape reports, cultural landscape inventories, National Register nominations, and historic landscape studies for historic properties. Ms. Jacobs frequently collaborates with architects, historians, archeologists, and interpretive planners in design for diverse and significant cultural heritage projects. Ms. Jacobs has worked extensively with the National Park Service on projects in various regions of the country. She has expertise in NEPA compliance and has authored a variety of environmental assessments for historic sites and contributed to team efforts for large environmental impact statements. She was responsible for design development within a variety of CLR treatment plans requiring coordination and compliance with ABAAS/ADA guidelines and meeting objectives of park management for new development for future visitation to historical properties and cultural landscapes.

Ms. Sargent is a historical landscape architect with more than thirty years of experience preparing cultural landscape reports, cultural landscape inventories, master plans, and conceptual design plans for significant historic properties throughout the United States. Ms. Sargent frequently collaborates with architects, historians, archeologists, and interpretive planners in devising plans for stewardship of our nation’s sites of significant cultural heritage. Ms. Sargent is also active in several historic preservation and conservation related organizations, serves as an advisor to community-led projects, lectures at colleges and universities, presents papers at professional conferences, and has published articles on cultural landscape topics.
