WJE Donates to Haiti Relief Efforts

February 4, 2010
WJE and its employees donated more than $32,000 to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief and Development Fund to help citizens affected by the recent earthquake that devastated Haiti's capital of Port au Prince. WJE guaranteed a $5,000 contribution to the cause and offered to match employee donations of up to $10,000. Within a two-week period, WJE employee donations exceeded $17,000.

"We are very thankful for the overwhelming generosity and response from WJE staff members, and we hope our contributions will aid with food, water, shelter, medical supplies, and other humanitarian relief efforts that are desperately needed in Haiti at this time," said Thomas Oczkowski, WJE's vice president of finance and administration.
