Kehrer Named Chair of ASTM C16.33
WJE Senior Associate Manfred Kehrer has been appointed by the ASTM International C16 executive committee as subcommittee chair of ASTM C16.33 on Insulation Finishes and Moisture. ASTM committees are made up of over 32,000 volunteers within the industry and include manufacturers, consumers, and other interest groups such as government or academia.
