Hunderman and Slaton Named 2018 SAH Honorees

In recognition of distinguished careers dedicated to preservation advocacy and stewardship of the built environment, the Society of Architectural Historians (SAH) honored Harry Hunderman and Deborah Slaton at their 2018 Awards Gala on Friday, November 2, in Chicago, Illinois. This prestigious honor is shared with fellow 2018 Honorees Cynthia Weese and Robert A.M. Stern. The annual SAH Gala gathers architects, architectural historians, preservationists, and others interested in architecture and design to recognize and honor architectural practice and academic study. Proceeds support SAH's education programs, publications, and the ongoing restoration of the Charnley-Persky House, which serves as the organization's headquarters.
