Hammarberg Talks New York Public Library Restoration

In May 2014, a plaster rosette fell from the iconic Rose Main Reading Room in the New York Public Library’s Fifth Avenue branch. The failure led to a $12.9 million restoration of the historic ceiling that is expected to complete next year. WJE Associate Principal Eric Hammarberg is leading the restoration team. He spoke with New York Public Radio about the unique project.
