Yasmin S. Chaudhry

Experience

Yasmin Chaudhry joined WJE in September 2017 and has been involved in the investigation, evaluation and repair of existing structures, as well as services related to facade access equipment. Her project work has included onsite investigations, onsite structural testing, structural analysis, repair design, preparation of construction documents, and report writing. Ms. Chaudhry also has experience with structural analysis computer software and finite element analysis.

Before joining WJE, Ms. Chaudhry performed structural analysis and design calculations under various loading conditions on concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures. While attending Montana State University, she was a teaching assistant for an undergraduate laboratory. She taught students about the design and mixture of concrete, performing ACI concrete tests, constructing reinforced concrete members, and testing various concrete and steel members. As part of her graduate work, Ms. Chaudhry compared a variety of different seismic analysis techniques using 3D models.
