Associate II


Tegan DeLibero joined the WJE Washington, D.C. office in 2017. With an educational background in building engineering, she specializes in building science concepts and enclosure evaluation. Ms. DeLibero has concentrated her practice at WJE in the area of building enclosure systems engineering, design, investigation, analysis, and repair. Her work has included building condition assessments, coating assessments, leak investigations, and computer modeling for thermal and moisture movement within enclosures. Projects have included institutional, commercial, and residential projects as well as historic buildings.
