Experience

Rick Ziegler is a building enclosure consultant with over a decade of broad-based experience in design, construction, and rehabilitation of existing and new buildings. Mr. Ziegler applies building science principles to design high-performance enclosure assemblies that consider the project’s specific climate and environmental loads. He designs, consults, and performs construction reviews of building enclosure systems for various building types, including high-rise hotels and multifamily, retail, healthcare, educational, and office buildings. Mr. Ziegler has also collaborated with developers and institutional owners to define performance standards and the associated verification process.
