Experience

Margret “Maggie” Toellner has performed investigations, condition assessments, repair design, and construction observation services for a variety of facade systems, including brick masonry cavity walls and mass walls; limestone, granite, and marble panel veneers; and architectural terra cotta on both contemporary and historically significant buildings and structures. Ms. Toellner has also been actively engaged in field testing for air and water penetration resistance, both in a forensic capacity and in the context of new construction, using ASTM and AAMA voluntary guide specifications and test standards.
