Experience

Kelsey Sheridan joined the Washington, D.C. office as a full-time associate in 2013. She has gained extensive experience on a broad range of projects relating to construction observation, field quality assurance, condition surveys, and evaluation of new and existing structures. Ms. Sheridan has also been actively engaged in field testing for air and water penetration resistance, both in a forensic capacity and in the context of new construction, using ASTM and AAMA voluntary guide specifications and test standards.
