James R. Palmer

Experience

James Palmer joined WJE in 2018, and his prior experience includes new building design of mixed use, academic, residential, and hospitality buildings, as well as research in cold-formed aluminum for military applications. He has experience in the analysis, design, and construction of concrete (post-tensioned and mild reinforced), steel, masonry, and wood-framed structures. Since joining WJE, Mr. Palmer’s experience includes structural analysis, structural monitoring and load testing, water infiltration testing, roofing and construction inspection.
