Jacqueline L. Devereaux

Jacqueline Leger Devereaux performs condition surveys of multiunit residential and commercial building facades. Her focus lies in the area of existing structures, with an emphasis on historically significant buildings and structures. Ms. Devereaux has investigated and implemented repairs on landmark structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). 

Ms. Devereaux has experience in the investigation and subsequent evaluation and development of repair drawings and details for a variety of architectural materials and systems, including clay brick masonry, granite, limestone, cast stone, standing seam roofs, curtain wall and storefront systems, and glazed aluminum and wood window units. She conducts field testing for air and water penetration resistance in a forensic capacity and in the context of new construction, using ASTM and AAMA voluntary guide specifications and test standards.
