Elide Pantoli

Associate III


Elide Pantoli is experienced in the investigation of damage to structures, including damage resulting from fire, hurricanes, landslides, or construction defects. Her expertise includes inspection, design, and analysis of structural, as well as nonstructural components (ceilings, piping, stairs, mechanical equipment, etc.), particularly those related to seismic aspects. Among nonstructural components, her experience focuses particularly on facades, including cold-formed steel and exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), architectural precast concrete cladding, and curtain walls. Dr. Pantoli is also proficient in instrumentation, monitoring, and load testing to support various projects.
