Experience

Alex Kosis specializes in the design, investigation, and consultation of building enclosures across a variety of industry sectors, including residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Additionally, he has experience with architectural testing of a variety of fenestration types for performance confirmation, leakage investigation, and litigation support. Mr. Kosis’ breadth of experience in design, peer review and construction phase consulting allows him to approach projects with a balanced perspective and find technically sound solutions that account for the unique circumstances of each project.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Kosis was a building enclosure consultant for over ten years in the Washington, D.C. and San Francisco markets. During that time, his primary role included project engineer for a variety of building types and enclosure systems.
