Experience

Timothy Penich has been involved in numerous historic preservation and repair and rehabilitation projects since joining WJE. His historic preservation experience includes Historic Structure Reports, Cultural Landscape reports, Historic American Building Surveys (HABS), Historic American Engineering Record (HAER), National Register nominations, and architectural historical surveys of rural and urban structures and districts. This work has required him to perform surveys of historic buildings, conduct archival research, and write historical and descriptive narratives. In addition, Mr. Penich has participated in masonry investigations and developed repair and rehabilitation documents for contemporary and historic structures.
