Sarah K. Van Domelen

Experience

Since joining WJE in 2010, Sarah Van Domelen has worked on various projects involving historic and contemporary buildings. She has completed numerous field investigations, including facade inspections, condition surveys, water leakage testing, and structural investigations. Ms. Van Domelen has also made repair recommendations and developed restoration details for various types of construction, including steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry structures. She has extensive experience with historic building components including brick, stone, and terra cotta masonry; wood and metal windows and curtain walls; and slate, sheet metal, and built-up roofing systems.
