Jessica E. Fair

Experience

Jessica Fair specializes in the investigation and repair of historic residential and commercial buildings. Her work includes facade condition assessments, masonry restoration, and historic materials conservation on numerous National Register-listed structures, university, medical, and high-end residential construction projects.

Ms. Fair performs evaluations of brick, masonry, metal panel, and EIFS facades, as well as water leakage investigations, peer review services, and construction documents preparation. Her previous experience includes high-end residential and timber frame design, as well as multiple projects for the National Park Service. Ms. Fair is also a National Park Service’s 36 Code of Federal Regulations Part 61 professional.
