David J. Felleti

Experience

David Felleti is an experienced construction materials technician. He has conducted field and laboratory testing and observation services on a wide variety of structures and materials, including concrete, steel, glass, brick, mortar, ceramic tile, and roofing. Mr. Felleti has also tested materials such as roofing membranes, epoxy-coated reinforcing bars, Thermopane window sections, and brick and stone samples using numerous types of accelerated weathering equipment. He has conducted rapid chloride permeability tests, linear polarization measurements, half-cell measurements, and corrosion tests of reinforcing bars both immersed in solution and embedded in concrete.

Mr. Felleti's field testing experience includes working with a number of ASTM standards for the determination and measurement of air leakage and water penetration of walls and fenestrations, the determination of the static coefficient of friction of ceramic tile, roof uplift testing, and the measurement of moisture vapor emission of concrete subfloors. As an ASNT Level I Thermographer, he has conducted moisture and air infiltration testing on facades and roofs using thermal imaging.
