Brian Moserowitz

Experience

Brian Moserowitz joined the Washington, D.C. office in 2015. He has gained extensive experience on a broad range of projects relating to construction observation, field quality assurance, facade failure investigation, rehabilitation, condition assessment, and evaluation of new and existing structures. Mr. Moserowitz has also been actively engaged in field testing for air and water penetration resistance, both in a forensic capacity and in the context of new construction, using ASTM and AAMA voluntary guide specifications and test standards. He works with various building systems including roofing, masonry, metal panels, fiber cement panels, and below-grade and above-grade waterproofing, as well as a range of windows and curtain wall systems.
