Benjamin P. Clemons

Experience

Since joining WJE in 2008, Benjamin Clemons has worked on a variety of projects, including structural evaluations and analyses of both new and historic structures. His work has included commercial, residential, and parking structures that have experienced distress due to natural disasters, deterioration, and construction defects. Mr. Clemons’ experience also includes materials and components consisting of steel and wood framing and trusses; precast, post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete; masonry walls and veneer; and light gauge metal framing.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Clemons served as a project engineer at a structural engineering design firm. He gained considerable experience in the design and construction of new low- and mid-rise commercial and residential buildings. Mr. Clemons was responsible for the construction document and administration phases of numerous building projects.
