The Columbus Facade Ordinance is administered by the Department of Development. To review the facade ordinance requirement click Building Code of the City of Columbus. Once there, scroll down the left window to Title 41 Part I, Building Code. In the right side window click on Chapter 4109, Unsafe Buildings and Conditions. There you will find all of the sub-sections pertaining to the facade ordinance (click on section 4109.073 exterior walls and appurtenant structures).
