Timothy M. Crowe

Experience

Timothy Crowe has served as project manager for the evaluation and repair of cladding systems on hundreds of building structures ranging from historic churches to contemporary high-rise office towers. The cladding systems on these structures include mass brick and stone masonry, terra cotta, fenestrations, precast concrete panels, and cast-in-place concrete. He has also examined and analyzed distress conditions and failures of timber, concrete, and steel building structural systems resulting from natural disasters, construction error, wind, ice, snow, and fire. Mr. Crowe has supervised and performed repair design, repair document preparation, and construction observations for these projects, and has performed litigation support and provided expert testimony. 

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Crowe worked as a design structural engineer at the design firm Perkins&Will, where he performed structural analyses of steel and concrete frames and foundation systems for building structures.
