Experience

Robert Schulman joined WJE in 2004 as a technician and has worked on various projects. Mr. Schulman is experienced in load testing, laboratory testing, structural evaluation, nondestructive evaluation, and instrumentation. His experience includes strain, force, displacement, temperature and humidity instrumentation and monitoring; nondestructive evaluation of concrete structures; and laboratory testing of structural elements according to ASTM, ICC, and ANSI standards.
