Kevin J. Longest

Experience

Since joining WJE in 2004, Kevin Longest has participated in numerous facade assessments, water leakage investigations, design peer reviews, and condition surveys, and has prepared drawings for structural and architectural repairs. His expertise lies in the inspection and investigation of building facades, exterior wall assemblies, and fenestration systems. Mr. Longest has provided these services on various building types, including hospitals, universities, high-rise condominiums, hotels, and office buildings.

Mr. Longest also has considerable knowledge in the evaluation, detailing, construction, and performance of a variety of building enclosure materials, components, and systems, including window, curtain wall, and skylight systems. He also has expertise in masonry, stucco, EIFS, concrete, terra cotta, and architectural metal panel wall systems; self-adhering and fluid-applied air barrier membranes; and various roofing and waterproofing systems.
