James C. Strong

Experience

James Strong’s career has focused on avoiding, investigating, and solving water-intrusion problems. He contributes his expertise through failure investigations and experience with the development of construction standards. Mr. Strong performs field and laboratory investigations, conducts observations, selects repair/replacement materials, develops details, and prepares reports. Prior to joining WJE in 2000, Mr. Strong was a principal at Testing Engineers, Inc. for nineteen years. He managed the roofing inspection and laboratory departments and provided building enclosure consulting along with his companywide management responsibilities.
