How do I get a job at WJE?
After you apply online, your resume is sent directly to our recruitment database. A member of our staffing team then carefully assesses your qualifications relative to the position requirements. If there appears to be a good match, a Human Resources team member will contact you to schedule a phone interview.
What are the steps in the hiring process?
After the initial phone interview, if it appears that your interests and qualifications are a good match, a Human Resources team member will schedule interviews with staff members who are with the department where the opening exists. The next interview may be a phone interview with the unit manager followed by face-to-face interviews with the staff and manager of the unit. Our goal is to make the interview process as convenient and as informative for you as possible. We will conduct reference checks, a drug screen, and a background check upon an offer of employment.
