WJE attracts the best experienced professionals from the academic, professional, construction, and industrial worlds. These seasoned professionals, called "gurus" by WJE founder Jack Janney, have shaped our industry and helped make us the consultant of choice for clients throughout the world.

WJE provides experienced hires with great opportunities to apply the knowledge that they have gained in other arenas to tackle many of the most challenging problems in the built world.
