First said decades ago, our founder’s straightforward advice continues to guide WJE professionals today. As materials, technologies, and structures change, our fundamental philosophy remains the same: developing better solutions based on an accurate diagnosis of each structure’s unique problem.

Diagnosing the problem is only the first step. Clients rely on WJE to listen to their needs, to inform them of all available options, and to develop a solution that delivers value. WJE engineers, architects, and materials scientists bring their collective expertise to every project, along with lessons learned from more than seventy-five thousand investigations. Chances are we have seen the problem before. If not, no firm is more qualified to break new ground in finding a practical, innovative, and technically sound solution.

Our involvement doesn’t necessarily end once we develop the solution. WJE professionals are on site to verify the contractor’s work conforms to the plans and specifications, solve problems that arise during construction, and make any necessary adjustments to get the solution right.
