WJE's Janney Technical Center has more than 25,000 square feet of laboratory space for testing and evaluation of structural components and construction materials. Our investment in a full spectrum of instruments and specialized equipment to examine, sample, and test all types of construction materials puts our capabilities at the forefront of the profession. The Janney Technical Center can accommodate virtually any construction related testing or research project, from the performance evaluation of a new curtain wall or the fatigue and fracture testing of reinforcing bars, to accelerated weathering tests or specialized physical and chemical tests of materials. We're also a fully approved testing agency, with certification from a number of associations including the International Code Council (ICC) Evaluation Service. Not all problems can be tested in a laboratory. We often need to go where the problem is. For this reason we also maintain state-of-the-art equipment for field evaluations of conditions and performance.
